President Bola Tinubu on Monday signed the new National Minimum Wage Bill into law, ending months of deliberations between government authorities, labour unions and the private sector, according to channels tv.
Tinubu signed the bill at the State House in Abuja days after the National Assembly had passed the N70,000 per month minimum wage.
A National Assembly delegation led by the President of the Senate, Sen. Godswill Akpabio, and some members of the House of Representatives were around to witness the signing formalities.
